“Worse experience ever. Check-in was meant to be 5pm but I wasn’t given access until around 8:30pm due to their own failure to provide entry details, despite repeated attempts to contact them. When I finally got in, the room was clearly used and filthy with towels on the floor and with rubbish left behind. I then had to wait even longer to be moved to a different room. This is basic hospitality and they completely failed. The staff didn’t even offer a simple apology or any sort of compensation,...

“The hotel works if you just want to have a place to sleep at. The room didn’t have a fridge. The worst thing was that we arrived at 12.00 and asked if we could check in earlier, around 13.00-14.00 and the first receptionist said “absolutely come back at 13.30”, when we came back and asked another receptionist said “wait 10 minutes”, but we had to wait 1,5 hours (to 15.00 the original check in time). The service was bad. ”
