“Very good B&B, close to hotel standards. Short walk to amazing hot springs. Breakfast ok. Only backdraw is that you have to drive a bit for dinner at night. But we got good advice about restaurants in Montemerano. Go for Il Moro, it’s great!”

Some dining options in town not far, but mostly it's about quiet get away and making trips to other sites.”

“En och en halv, två timmar norr om Rom ligger detta fantastiska ställe 'in the middle of nowhere'. Runt omkring finns bara böljande kullar och friden är total. Värdparet är mycket trevliga och gör verkligen allt för att få sina gäster att trivas. Maten är bra. Lokalt odlad och lagad på plats. Vårt rum var relativt spartanskt men rent o fint. Både berg o hav finns inom köravstånd. Kan varmt rekommendera Locando Rossovino om du vill komma bort från vardagsstressen. Bodde där i September 2017,...

We were very fortunate to be able to go on a hike on the property with Lorenzo, who was a wealth of knowledge on the history of Tuscania and its people. Throughout the hike, we were able to see, climb into caves and learn of the ancient Etruscan civilization and the Necropolis that lies beneath the present day agricultural areas. We not only had a beautiful suite to rest in for a couple of days, an on-site chef who fixed magnificent...
