“Our stay exceeded our expectations, beautiful location and easy to find. The host was very communicative, responsive and accommodated all of our needs. The place has updated decor and very charming nice touches throughout. The upstairs deck was a nice relaxing spot for morning coffee with spectacular surrounding views throughout Trimble. We saw the train roll through the mountains and the hot springs access the way. The hot springs were steps from our stay and we truly enjoyed our overall...

“This property is awesome, the patio, the views, close to everything , pet friendly , has ac for when you need it, but with windows open in July was great , almost cold and everything you need in kitchen and bathroom, you can see the train daily ,we loved it and again location location ! We will come back if ever in Durango ”

“Beautiful well kept property. River views, wildlife near the property. Elk, deer, turkey, and geese. We visit this area often and would definitely stay here again. ”

“The hosts provided information sheets with detailed instructions that were especially helpful as to the operation of the home’s indoor pool, electronics and lighting. Loved having so many beds and ample bedding. We slept six adults, and eight children; however, we hosted an additional 12 guests for dinner, games, that included a pool table and ping-pong. We loved the spaciousness, the outdoor pond and patio for sitting areas.”
