Me and my daughter loved the place. I would highly recommend to anyone looki g to stay in the area we stayed and went to the Polar express train ride about 30 minutes away in town. That was a once in a lifetime experience aswell. Personally the bed was more comfortable sleeping on top of the comfortor with our own blanket.”

“Do not let the description fool you. It’s way worse than what the 3.4/10 rating implies. The description on the site is about 40% accurate. This is not your typical apartment rental. When they say “owner may be on premises” they actually mean, “owner lives above the apartment”. Which wasn’t the biggest issue. There is NO TV, NO Laptop work area because there is no internet. Also the cell service is spotty at best, and cut off about a half mile away from the property. So if something went...

“Address sign is covered with overgrown bush/tree. Not enough dishes for 4 people….as In cups/glasses….appliances ok I guess…served our purpose this trip… ”

“My stay was amazing, very comfortable and I found everything I needed and more at the house. The property and space are immaculate and owners are wonderful. They made sure I knew I could contact them with any questions or needs. There’s easy access to downtown Mancos, Cortez and Durango for adventures though you don’t need to leave the house to enjoy a breathtaking view! You cannot go wrong with a stay here! ”

“Would have been 5 stars if the bed downstairs was not rock hard. The upstairs bed was memory foam and very comfortable. Everything else was fine. ”

“Our family consisted of 6 adults and 1 child. There is ample room for everything. The view from the back deck is great! The property is located within reasonable distance to local activities. We have stayed in homes for the past 15 years for vacations and this kitchen was the best as far as space and anything you may need for cooking. Dry nice house with a great rental price! Highly recommend. ”
