“The property was gorgeous! We felt like we were in our own private park. You could hear a few vehicles out on the highway, but you could not see them. It was great to have the 5 bedrooms with a bathroom for each, plus the half baths out by the pool. ”

“Very nice and spacious home. It accommodated a family of 6 very comfortably. Excellent location that is centrally located between New Orleans and the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The host was very attentive and very quick to respond with any questions that we had during our stay. Would definitely recommend. ”

“Great scenic location on Lake Pontchartrain, Slidell was a pleasant surprise to us out of towners, would have considered spending more time in town of we didn’t have such a packed weekend. Not too bad of a drive into New Orleans, but if using ride/share car service just know to look ahead at pricing and budget accordingly.Very spacious, great kitchen amenities and a nice pool. Sleeps 22 but do take note there are 12 beds. Bring your own soap to shower but over all very nice place and good...

“This cottage is just simply adorable. It was very clean!! The host was very nice. We would recommend this house to everyone. There is plenty of space for several to sleep. Loved the pool!! We will definitely go back”

“This property was very nice and accommodating. Our host did a great job of communicating and staying in touch with us. The only small problem (which ended up not being a problem at all for us), is that the property is ONLY accessible by boat. They do provide a small barge for you to burrow and they offer a “boat taxi” service. Overall the experience was great, just be prepared for a tiny boat ride across the canal.”

“I stayed at this location for 3 nights and it was absolutely a great experience. It is a very spacious beautiful home. My favorite area was the back yard deck and the pool area. We were able to barbecue and they had plenty of games like Jenga, etc. for us to enjoy. The kitchen is upstairs but it is equipped with plenty of kitchen gadgets and seasonings. The check -in and out process was very easy and the host communicated very well if we needed anything. Overall, I would recommend this location...
