The largeoutdoor courtyard is equipped with table, chairs and umbrella for outdoor dining, preparing grills at the brick barbecue and refreshing yourself when returning from the beaches with the outdoor shower. There are also rocking chair for relaxation and two parking spaces.
The entrance to Villetta del Chidro is into a living room with kitchen, dining room, sofa and TV. The sleeping area consists of 1 triple room with double bed + single bed, and 1 triple room with three single beds. Both rooms are air-conditioned.
The house is completed by 1 shower room. All windows are protected by mosquito nets and grates.

San Pietro in Bevagna in summer is a lively and well-serviced holiday destination. There are markets, bars, restaurants, equipped lidos and services.
 

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 54 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
