“We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon while it was in its soft opening phase. To be fair, since it’s a new property, the room quality and facilities were clean and brand new. The staff initially seemed friendly. However, our experience was completely ruined by their utter lack of professionalism during and after checkout. “No words can describe how amazing our stay in Marangga was. From the moment you walked in you were welcomed with a delicious coconut as a welcome drink and greeted by the lovely staff.
