“This place was really quiet and was fully furnished. The host was really helpful and kind and was very attentive. My family and I really felt at home. It really lived up to its name home away from home. I travel to Guam frequently for work so this will be the place I would love to stay all the time. Amazing place”

“Giving this a two star based on these details. - needs newer windows with screens. Only the master BR had a new window w/ screen. Other windows no screens so when we had to open windows for fresh air, we could not as it would invite in bugs and such. - Bedbug spray found in one of the cabinets, which was kinda alarming, but maybe they use it as a precaution? - Dining room chairs legs were loose. need to be tighted w/ allen wrench - Clean up outside back door and get rid of abandon cars. “This property is great for work or extended stay trips. 2 bedroom "apartment" with living area & kitchen. Property manager, Jack, is the best - I wish each property I stayed at had someone as efficient & responsive as Jack. Property is about 15 minute drive from the "tourist" stuff - neighborhood property - not a "tourist scenic view type" property. “The apartment was clean, spacious and had two bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, pots and utensils. We did not use the tv so can't comment on that. The location is quiet, and close to the University of Guam which was great for our purpose. Dina responded quickly to my questions, and Queen was available if I needed anything during my stay.”
