“My family just stayed here for a week and we absolutely loved it. The pool is great, the house was perfect for the four of us giving my kids their own space. The garage is fun with all the board games and foosball. This location is pretty close to everything. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Tampa for an extended stay.”

“We absolutely loved staying here for spring break! The neighborhood was very quiet, the place was clean, and Angelique was extremely prompt when it came to a small issue. This house was THE most well stocked house I have ever rented, from welcome snacks, cooking supplies to games and the streaming services were logged in! I would high recommend this house to stay in!”

“The house was charming with a homelike feel. The owner was welcoming and responsive to emails. There were a few cosmetic repairs needed, but nothing that took away from how cute the space was. One small suggestion would be to add window treatment to the patio door. It was a little uncomfortable being wide open at night time. No complaints otherwise. Thank you for a smooth stay at home away from home.”

“My only complaint is that I didn’t stay another day to just enjoy the space. Super easy, very cute, and perfect for a solo or couple traveling to explore the city with a nice quiet place to come back to. If I come back, I’ll stay here for sure.”

“Photos are not representative of the actual property. The property is older than the pictures depict and not what I was expecting. Overall the property is nice and a decent place, but I think the pictures paint an inaccurate description of the unit and was disappointed upon arrival. The furniture is sparse and not very comfortable as well, needs improvement.”

In reality, there was no view to look at, the townhomes in the area were all run-down, including this one. The exterior of this home in particular had an unkempt lawn and gray splotches on the wall.
