“The stay was great! The Konza Prairie Hike was beautiful! Love Mankato! Plenty of good restaurants close by. The home was nice, just as advertised. I would say that the only negative was that I wrote a nice “Thank You” note for the owners, which never garnered even the slightest acknowledgment. We listed a couple of small items that needed repair (certainly did not detract from the stay) - no reply. Other than that, a terrific stay! I’d rate the overall experience 4/5.”

“The home is very nice and well appointed! It was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet! The layout of the home was very open with a wonderful kitchen that opens to the family room! Made the space very cozy! The backyard was very nice because it had a large patio and was fenced in. We will definitely return on future visits to MHK”

“Nice little cozy place to stay”

“Great spot just down the street from the boat dock. House was clean and worked well for 8 of us. Not sure you could sleep 12 unless you brought air mattresses. Breaker kept blowing in the kitchen, but easy access to flip it back on. Host was wonderful, provided great communication and very flexible. Would Recommend for a fun lake weekend!”

We stayed in the upper portion and it was 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, dining room, nice kitchen & beautiful huge backyard with lots of shade trees. The house sits back from the main road so that offers nice privacy. There is a huge driveway to park in with tons of space. The owner was great with communication and it was very affordable.
