Welcome! We offer a fully FURNISHED 1 BEDROOM UNIT WITH BALCONY FACING AMENITIES (27 SQM) on the 11th floor.

We have 3 adjacent units for family and friends who want to stay together. This unit is fully furnished, functional and beautifully decorated. The building lobby and service are like a 5-star hotel.

Shore 3 Residences is strategically located within the Mall of Asia Complex & Entertainment City in Pasay City, Philippines. It places residents within walking distance to SM Mall of Asia, SMX Convention Center, MOA Arena, world-class casinos (City of Dreams, Okada Manila, Solaire), restaurants, shops, and transport links (MRT/LRT nearby).

The building features function rooms that can be reserved in accordance with property management policies.

REGARDING SWIMMING POOL:
Currently, SMDC charges P150 per person per day on regular days and P300 per person on holidays. The pool hours are from 7 AM to 10 PM.

NOTE: If you wish to use the pool, please notify our staff 24 hours before your arrival, or visit the admin office before 4 PM the day prior to pay the fees.

A. Early check-in is typically allowed if the unit is available (no guests checking out before you). We need time to clean and prepare the unit. If early check-out occurs, we will inform you immediately, but we cannot guarantee it.

Q. Do you allow late check-out?
A. Late check-out may be permitted if no guests are checking in before you, with a minimal fee. Again, we cannot guarantee this.

A. Yes, parking spaces are available at Shore 1 & 3 Residences, Fame 3 Residences, Red Residences, and Bloom Residences. Take advantage of our low introductory rates!

Impossibly noisy. Walls between apartments are so thin - every sound from neighbouring apartments sound as though it’s in the apartment with you. Forget this option if you like sleeping.

The Lobby is nice, but the room smells terrible. As soon as soon as you walk in you smell moth balls. The clothes in our luggage smells like mothballs Then, there were cockroaches . We rented 2 units from the same person. It says in the unit description, there’s washer, only 1 unit has washer, the day sofa in one of the unit one side is sinked in. The cabinet, when you open it, it smells like there’s something rotten inside. The shampoo, we stayed for 5 days, we only have 1 shampoo sachet each unit.In the description it says included shampoo- they should say only 1 sachet is provided the whole stay. There is pool but you have to pay each day per person if you want to use it. The description of the unit is not accurate. I will not stay there again ever. It’s TERRIBLE.

Great stay at shore 3 residence amazing staff

The whole team was lovely, Afril, Glenn & noli. Amazing hospitality and customer service. The place was spectacular. Looked like a 5 star hotel with a nice clean pool with a fee. The unit was emaculate aswell. Overall enjoyed my stay. Noise in next door units is ok but livable. Would happily book again with Grace and her team.

The host here is really nice and reliable, the condo unit is quite nice however my biggest problem was the cooking stove it’s not working so they have to make you use the electric burner that burns everything instantly, I can’t even cook a hotdog without it being burnt , pls stop putting laundry as part of amenities if you don’t have it just don’t put it, we stayed in shore 1 and they do have a laundry washer inside the property so I don’t see why you guys can’t have one put in it. The drainage in the bathroom is bad as well. So if you’re going to stay here only for a day or two is not going to be a problem but it’s not gonna be comfortable if you’re staying more than 3 days

New, organized and clean unit. Perfect location for a quick stop over in Manila, close to MOA and airport. Check in is hassle free. I wish we were able to use the swimming pool when we were there, we were told they were doing maintenance on it

Amazing place

It is very spacious and tidy fully furnished complete with cooking utensils, beddings, fridge, and drinking water, Hot and cold shower, and WIFI. Ang Ganda ng unit and super clean. I love the place and the lightings too good for taking pictures very Instagramable. Very accessible and convenient spot malapit na sa mga establishments, some tourist spots, restaurants and hindi din kalayuan sa town.. Super bait and accommodating ng owner and her Employees Gleen and Noli. Will definitely recommend this to my friends! Two thumbs up po.
