    The whole unit is exclusively for guests and guests that are checked in can access the facilities of the building like the swimming pool, playground , jogging paths and gym.

    Eastwood City is one of the best places to stay at when you’re vacationing in Manila ! Every bit of entertainment is just a stone’s throw away! From different kinds of shops , restaurants of different international cuisines, weekend markets , concerts , special events , you name it and Eastwood city’s got it! Even banks, churches, clinics are all within walking distance . And the place is so secured as there are lots of security personnel in the area and roving security guards as well in every building and inside Eastwood City.

    Eastwood has FREE shuttle service every 15 minutes that go around Eastwood City. Parking is available at the Eastwood Mall which is complimentary for stays of 7 nights or more . And guests can use Grab ( like Uber in other countries) . The app can be downloaded when you are in the Philippines.

I wanted to share my recent experience regarding my check-in with Ruth. She was very pleasant when I arrived, and the process went smoothly. Just a day before my scheduled check-in, we agreed to upgrade my accommodation to a larger unit for a higher price, which I appreciated. As part of this arrangement, Ruth requested a deposit, which was to be refunded after seven business days. However, it has now been over seven business days, and I have not yet received the refund. I have also tried reaching out to Ruth via text messages, but unfortunately, I have not received any response from her. I am feeling quite frustrated with this situation, as the lack of communication and unresolved refund has been disappointing. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this matter, or advice on what steps I can take next. Thank you for your attention to this issue, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
