Property and Cancellation Policies :
>The cancellation is free of charge 7 days prior to the date of arrival.
>For any cancellation that takes place within less than 7 days prior to the date of arrival, there will be a one-night cancellation penalty fee.
In case of No-show, the whole amount of the reservation will be charged.

Terms and Conditions
>Check-out time is 12:00 noon and check-in time is at 2:00 pm. Request for early check-in or late check-out shall be subject to room availability and additional charges (20%).
>Guest's visitors staying in the room after 10:00 pm must register at the Reception Desk and may be subject to extra person charges.
>Room Rate is inclusive of applicable government tax.
>We may sometimes contact guest to inquire if their stay was satisfactory.
>The Hotel provides for the safety and security of guests including the installation of CCTV cameras. However, the Management shall not be responsible for any loss of money, jewelry or other valuables kept inside the Hotel room.
>In compliance with the local government regulations, smoking is permitted only in designated areas. This helps us provide a healthy and comfortable environment for all guest. Smoking in guest rooms is strictly prohibited and registered guest may be billed the corresponding charges up to Php10,000.
>Damages to and/or loss of hotel property attributable to the registered guest and/or members of his party may incur additional charges and will be billed accordingly.
