The space
This is now a fully-furnished studio unit with a balcony, a comfy double bed, a sofa bed, and a fully-equipped kitchen. It has a bathroom with a hot and cold shower and a bidet. The condo unit has a smart lock that can be accessed through key codes. WIFI is available in the condo unit.

P.S. The condo unit was a 1 bedroom condo but we removed the partition to make the most of the space and natural light

*There's a free shuttle from Grace Residences to SM Aura Premier, you may check the availability (if not under repair) and schedule once at the property.

*Parking is available on a paid, first-come, first-served basis at Grace Mall (within the vicinity), or at a nearby Vista Place, or within Grace Residences (subject to availability). Please let us know if you need a parking space. Arranged parking is around 350/night charge.

Guest access
The guest can access the swimming pool subject to charge, jogging path, playground and basketball court, please note that we don't provide the ball but you may ask the people playing to join them.
