Intercom to concierge is available, please press the top key of the intercom 2 -4 times, no need to pick up the handset while doing so. The concierge will ring you back for assistance.

Aside from the whole condo unit , guests are entitled to access the condominium super-sized amenities such as a fitness gym, swimming pool, lounge, arcade room, dining room, library/study room,movie room, sauna and steam bath, recreation room(billiards,table soccer, etc), Spa room ( check the rates at the Spa room) and a kid’s playroom are all accessible to registered guests. In addition to that, you can avail concierge and luggage assistance at the lobby.

The unit is 100% Non-smoking, while most public areas are also smoke free. Please note that guests found to be smoking will be charged for a deep cleaning fee or fine.

Access card that will be given upon your check-in has to be handover at the amenities front desk each time you are using such amenity.

Please note that all amenities are closed for general maintenance every Monday.

Check in time after 2:00 PM (we will meet you personally at the lobby to handover the key and access card)
Check out time is at 11:00 AM

The condominium management requires a day or 2 to process guest registration. Government issued IDs/passports must be sent to us upon booking confirmation.

Early check in can be arranged only when there is no prior booking for that day. This also applies late check out request which is subject to unit availability.

The condominium management has a FIRM security policy and access to the lift and amenities are allowed thru the use of keycard.

1. Only the registered guest is allowed to use and carry it. Visitors mut be accompanied by the primary guest when using the elevator or building amenities.

2. Corresponding penalties will be imposed for violation of guest keycard misuse.

3.Additional keycard may be requested with a fee of Php350 and a deposit of Php3,000

4. Keycard must be returned on check out. Loss or unreturned key card will incur a penalty of Php3,000 or invalidate refund if a deposit was given.
Other things to note
This is a newly renovated unit. All furnitures and fixtures are brand new. So please take care of the unit as your own.

Though published rate is good for 2 pax only, the unit is big enough to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Extra fees applies.

Change of towels and beddings is free of charge once for a minimum stay of 7 nights. Subsequent replacement will incur Php350 each time.

Housekeeping is available upon request for a minimal fee.
