Fitness facility is FREE for all listed guests staying 30 days or more, otherwise, there is a gym for a fee in MOA (5-10 mins walk from Shore Residences).
*Building lobby can also be used to entertain guests.
*The building has a function room that you may be able to rent for a reasonable fee.
* Currently, SDMC Charges P150 per person per day for regular days and P300 per person for holidays. The pool is open from 7AM to 10PM. Only 4 people are allowed to access the pool per unit.
NOTE: If you wish to use the pool, please inform our staff 24 hours prior to arrival to include your name on the list.
