Please note that price shown is for 1 guest per night. To get the amount for guests more than 1 please adjust the guest numbers accordingly.

We also offer a long stay. Minimum of 1 month to Maximum of 3 months only!

Monthly stay includes 1 box of drinking water (1L bottles), Coffee, sugar and Tea.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS FOR SHORT & LONG STAY:

1. Once booking is confirmed, kindly send us a valid IDs of all arriving guests via message thread not later than 48 hours before date of arrival. This is to process guest approval/authorization from the building management and safety purposes.

2. A photo/copy of guest approval/authorization form will then be shared with you via message thread, which needs to be presented at the lobby reception and to security guard upon arrival and check-in.
