Low water pressure, inconsistent water temperature. Mold in the bathroom. Bed was old and sag in the mattress. Staff was good and accommodating though.

The room was in good order and the staff was nice but the problem with the policies of the hotel that made it a big inconvenience for guests to only have one key card especially when they reserved and paid for two people. You always needed to get someone to open your room for you if you were charging your phone or computer because you need it your key for the lights as well.

The lobby makes a great first impression; modern, grand, and inviting… but that feeling fades as soon as you head to the guest floors. The hallways feel more like an average condominium than a hotel, and while the room is spacious and initially looks neat, the details tell a different story. Several fixtures were broken, the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly, and the bed was extremely worn-out. Even the bedsheet didn’t look or feel fresh, which was disappointing. Because the hotel shares the building with commercial establishments, the elevators are often packed and the overall environment is noisy. They also provide only one room key per stay, which becomes inconvenient if you’re traveling with someone and need to come and go separately. On the positive side, the location is very convenient, just a short walk to the train station with easy access to different malls. Given everything, it’s not surprising the hotel doesn’t have the best rating.
Looks nice right? The bed is worn-out.. looks like an elephant used to rest here
I dont know why it is hard for them to fix this. I’m so tempted to DIY this. This i just one of many defects in this unkept unit

I rented the room for two people but they only give you one room key. The problem with this is that it's the key that you use to keep on the electricity and if you're charging anything while you're leaving your room it loses charge whenever you take your key with you. If you leave your key in your room they have to call somebody to open your room because you only have one key and it's easy to leave in the light switch since you don't have it on you! This is a big problem for me!

add that i cancelled the week booking on arrival and made to pay one night **Disastrous Stay at [Hotel Name]** My recent stay at [Hotel Name] was an unmitigated disaster. Upon arrival, I discovered that the booking system had recorded the wrong number of nights, causing confusion. I immediately cancelled my week-long booking, only to be informed that I would be charged for one night due to their cancellation policy. The room itself was in a deplorable state. Water was leaking from the toilet, creating a perpetual puddle on the floor. The glass surround in the bathroom was haphazardly sealed with tape, which was both unsightly and unhygienic. The drains were uncovered, revealing extensive mold growth that made the air thick with dampness. The air conditioner was non-functional, leaving the room sweltering throughout my brief stay. The bed was stained with unidentifiable marks on both the mattress and sheets, making it uncomfortable to even sit on. Overall, the experience was a nightmare, and I would strongly advise against staying here. The hotel's lack of maintenance and attention to detail is appalling, and it desperately needs a thorough renovation. Pool spa is under construction. There are insects, bugs, mosquitoes and roaches. Staff is excellent, vwry hospitable and helpful. Elevators are extremely slow, more often than not only one is functioning. Internet is unreliable it is down two out of three days stay.

The property is still being constructed and some of the facilities are not accessible. Notably, there is no breakfast available and the only restaurant only opens at 9am and has limited hours. I was told to go to 7-11 for breakfast when I arrived at 6am from my flight. Construction is loud. I'd give a walking score that would be medium to low.
