“The property is a little dated but it was comfortable and clean. Easy to get to. The deck is fabulous and really sells the property. Can't beat the view.”

“The house provided basic needs. Location to local attractions was good, but the house location was lacking.”

“Really nice cabin feel and close to outdoor activities.”

“House is BIG and historic and fit our whole family, and hosts were very communicative and accommodating! Location RULES - super close to the water and shops and parks and restaurants. We had a nice stay! That said, some things could be easy wins for updates: swing on porch is broken, paint on deck is peeling (we couldn’t spend any time out there with our baby), AC units are nice to have but can’t be used overnight bc they are louder than a steam train. The shower is verrrrrry outdated and...

“Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great stay at Three Pines Great location to snowmobile from, house is very roomy, and very clean. We have snowmobiled all over the U.P. This is one of are favorite areas to stay”

The beds were comfortable and the dark curtains helped keep the bedroom dark longer in the morning. The one thing that threw me was that I figured 1+ bathroom a second half bath. My mistake. I guess it is having both a shower and a bath. Lots of little details to make it more comfortable like night lights for getting to the bathroom without having to turn on a light. Also...

“This was one of my all time favorite rentals. Location is extremely convenient to Munsing and it even has a public beach no more than 4 minutes down the road that we really enjoyed.Beautiful property with a large lake down the street. We sincerely appreciate the ability to bring our pup. Thank you again for allowing us to make some great memories!! We would definitely come back again.”

“Beautiful place, thanks for the great customer service!! You respond quickly to any questions and met our needs immediately. Thanks for a great stay.”

“If you need a bed to sleep this is for you. Small beds only one shower yard over grown, weeds were their flowers. Spiders were very bad, I had to get out at end of driveway because driveway was so overgrown. The spiders were all over the side of the house and porch. I have a cabin in the woods and I spray for bugs. Inside of house was clean and beds were clean. You are expected to stripe your beds and take the garbage out. The road that it’s on makes the driveway very hard to get in and out of....

“Host was excellent, the place was very clean, and trail access was very close.”
