“We attended a 3-day event at the Michigan International Speedway and after a long, busy (loud) day we were giddy to retire to this soft, quiet place and renew. The house is beautifully appointed, relaxing, spacious and the view from the back deck over the lake melts away any stress from the day. Melinda is a wonderful host - thank you for everything!”

“Very nice property! Lots of room for our family to spread out. Welcomed surprise with snacks available in fridge/freezer upon our arrival (great as our flight arrived late and we did not have time for dinner)! Property lacked coffee pot (Keurig was available, but our family drinks A LOT of coffee) and grill needed to be replaced. Host very responsive when we needed dishwasher detergent and tissues.”

“Good little place to stay. We didn’t get much time to do much on the property as we were there for a family loss, but if we had time, it was very spacious. Nice views of the lake. The home is a little out dated, but it’s a little town so it wasn’t something unexpected. Showers are smaller than usual, but manageable. Overall good little getaway for affordable price.”

“Wonderful lakefront house nestled in Irish Hills area. Very secluded and host is extremely accommodating. Great for families as there is an orchard nearby with fun things to do with kids of all ages. The house is very modern and clean. Our family did a weekend trip to celebrate our oldest daughters birthday. We were here in peak fall color and thoroughly enjoyed the colors and serenity.”

Neighborhood is really only 1 big block and worth walking around not sure golf cart was needed. Loved having access to the basketball hoop.”

“Turtle Point was the perfect getaway with excellent hosts. We had everything we needed for our stay. Gail was super responsive to any questions. The house and property are beautiful and well maintained. We were there in the spring, so the fireplace was especially cozy on the cool mornings and evenings. “My family and I (including fur babies) came to stay for a family wedding and we absolutely loved it!! It is so hard to find a place that accepts dogs nevertheless offer a fence for them! The dogs loved it as well. The view is priceless! Also, we were so impressed on the items that were offered. It makes you feel like you are at home when you aren't. “This property was very beautiful and this house felt like a mansion. I went with a group of 18 guys including me. We had a really fun time, our goal was to have a retreat because I was getting married. The owner was great and the surrounding town was great as well. I just wish that I had held my group accountable for some things that happened during our stay but overall it was a great experience that I hope someone else can enjoy.”
