“I showed up got my room and the hot tub had no cold water going through it I mentioned it to the front desk host he got me a new room and rectified it immediately it was a little cold because it was a room not ready for me but he rectified that immediately by giving me a heater and anything I needed throughout my stay which was pretty well a week long he was more than gracious to help me with anything I needed his name is Kuldeep such a nice polite and helpful young man just keep in mind Spanish...

“Overall, room was a very generous size, and we really appreciated that there was no carpeting. Liked the ceiling light, which is a great feature as most hotel/motel rooms do not have ceiling lights. Room was very clean, but some areas are showing its age. The table tops are worn & flooring missing a section (potential tripping hazard).
