Fully air-conditioned, featuring premium materials and offering an unblocked, breathtaking view of Kaiser-Wilhelm-Harbor and the surrounding industrial landscape, this compact home combines the functionality of a Tiny House with luxurious amenities – the perfect place to leave everyday life behind.

Your stay begins here:
Start your day with a hot cup of Nespresso coffee or tea while enjoying the unique harbor view through the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows. With the electrically controlled blinds, you can adjust the light and privacy to your liking.

After a restful night on our king-size box spring bed, you can unwind in the cozy living area – whether on the lounge chair with a book, at the workstation for productive moments, or on the cool floor cushion for ultimate relaxation. The large TV with Netflix provides entertainment whenever you need it. Traveling with more people? The high-quality Murphy bed offers additional sleeping space.

From office to kitchen excellence:
Despite being a Tiny House, the two fully equipped kitchens offer everything you need for culinary adventures:

On the sun deck with a gas grill, you can end the evening in a relaxed atmosphere while enjoying the unique harbor views.

The bathroom features a luxurious rain shower, while the elegant guest WC is equipped with automatic lighting. Fresh towels, high-quality bedding, and Prija toiletries (shower gel & shampoo) are, of course, provided for your convenience.
