"We stayed at Mercure Mannheim for one night while travelling back from the south of France, and it was excellent value for money – perfect for an overnight stop.
The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Breakfast wasn’t included in our rate, but our children ate for free, which was a nice bonus. The breakfast selection was fresh and varied, and the lush garden provided a peaceful place to relax before another 10-hour drive.
Our two rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning was very much appreciated after a hot summer day of travelling. The only small downside was that the carpets could have been a little cleaner, but overall we had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stopover."
