“For us it was well worth the long trip to Galicia and the wonderful house of Macarena located "at the end of the world". The mix of challenging activities eg. surfing, hiking and biking with relaxing moments in the peaceful and scenic village of Golmar was perfect for us. We´ll be back! /Olov with family from Sweden”

“Wir, Eltern mit Teenager, haben für eine knappe Woche in dieser wunderschönen alten (ehemaligen) Wassermühle Urlaub gemacht. Sie liegt ganz ruhig im Wald an einem kleinen Bach. Einfach traumhaft. Schöne Strände sind mit dem Auto in 9 bis 15 Minuten erreichbar. Aufgrund der super Lage, kann man jeden Tag einen neuen Strand besuchen. “My family and I absolutely loved the house! It was just as described. The house location was close to our other friends and family in the area, getting around was super easy! My only gripe would be that the house is not facing the road, it took us a couple of trips to figure it out. Google also doesn't help since it tells the driver the house is located a 100 meters down the road. My wife attempted to contact Google the correct location for future visitors. “We stayed here as a family. It is a unique location with great views to the beach and the creek. A private path brings you right to it. The house is comfy, has everything you need. Would definitely recommend. One thing though, the mosquito nets for the single beds should be bigger, this way it is hard to keep the stinging mosquitos out.”

“Very quiet and beautiful little village with a couple of good restaurants and nice beach and landscape. The house is located about 50 m from the beach and (in my opinion) the best restaurant in the village. The house offers 4 bedrooms across 3 stories so if you are travelling with older or injured people this might be something to think of.
