This booking includes both the main home and the guest house for your enjoyment!

The main level of the home features a master suite with a spacious soaking tub perfect for two, along with two additional bedrooms, each with their own vanity and a full bath. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, complemented by a cozy wood-burning fireplace for chilly evenings.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary gadgets for your family gathering, or take your cooking outdoors to the Pitboss or Blackstone grill for a fun experience.

Upstairs, you'll find a second living area, a dedicated work space, two bedrooms, and another full bath. The outdoor space is perfect for hosting a crawfish boil or fish fry, with plenty of room and cooking utensils available. Additionally, there's a bonus game room equipped with darts, a projector, pool table, shuffleboard, and cornhole for endless entertainment.

Down at the dock, you'll find convenient amenities such as an ice maker and fish cleaning station, as well as access to your own boat stall. The nearest public boat launch is just one mile away at Lanan Landing for added convenience!

This place sets the standardWow! What a great place for our extended family of 13 to celebrate Thanksgiving! Everyone from 2 to 89 was very comfortable. With minimal stairs I could navigate most of the house with my walker and scooter. Only the upper bedrooms were inaccessible to me.CookingKitchen was well equipped as others reviewers have indicated. Fire pitThe fire pit was used every day. It was so nice to have firewood ready to go. Paddle boatWe took turns paddling around on the paddle boat and that was a blast.FishingEveryone that fished caught fish right off the pier. We did catch and release because most of them were small, but there were a few keepers. My eight year-old grandson claims to have caught 20. So maybe he caught 10.Bird watchingWhile fishing we saw a bald eagle fly over and land in the tall tree in our yard. Honking geese were fun to watch, too. Bunkhouse We used the bunkhouse too. It was perfect for my son‘s family because they had a little one that needed to nap so it was best to be away from all the racket that the other young ones were making. Manicured yardThe yard was cut and beautifully managed. The children had lots of room to run around and play. I particularly like that they could play in the yard without getting near the water. We brought a parachute for the kids to play with. There was an open area, nice and cleaned off for them to play and play and play.I was a perfect trip. We can’t wait to come back.
Perfect place for an 89 year old to relax.

My family of 4 plus 3 guests stayed a week at this lake house. It is every bit as nice as the pictures suggest. Kids loved the game room and dock/boathouse area. It's in very nice and quiet neighborhood. Smooth paved road access all the way and very close to Toledo Town. Less than a mile to a decent boat launch. Blackstone grill, Traeger smoker, fish frying equipment... it's got it all.We had trouble with the downstairs AC unit and the owners went above and beyond to get it fixed. Due to this, we got to hang out with them a bit. Very nice people.We have EV's and the owners were kind enough to let us use a 50amp RV plug that is on site to charge up. Super convenient as there is absolutely no places to charge within 30 miles. I think they plan to install a dedicated charger as well in the garage.Rent it, you won't regret it!

Best Family Vacation

Every couple of years, my wife and I find a place where our four children, their spouses, and our grandchildren can spend 4-5 days together on a short vacation. Jennifer’s house fit our family well. We had plenty of room and the house is beautifully decorated and furnished. Jennifer quickly responded to our questions and needs. She’s a great host.

Toledo 2025 Family reunion

15 family members, 3 boats, 5 vehicles and still plenty of parking! The home surpasses any pictures or reviews you can give, one of the best we have ever stayed at. Game room was a huge hit with everyone, we caught lots of bream and perch off of the dock, even a couple of catfish.

Lake Weenkend with family

We had a great time at this beautiful lake house! It accommodated our large group of all ages. Plenty of things to do even if you don't want to go out on the lake. We loved the location, plenty of parking, and plenty of space. The "game room" had lots of game options and things to do, and we also were thankful to have ice machines and the dock to fish off of. The host is very attentive and gets back to you quickly if you have any questions. Overall an awesome experience! Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Lake Property

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was gorgeous and very spacious. We had 18 people and there was enough space that we didn't feel cramped. The host was super helpful before, during and after our stay. I can't recommend this property enough!

Best place we've ever booked hands down.

This is an absolutely beautiful property with tons of stuff to do all weekend. Board games, cards, darts, pool, shuffle board, TVs everywhere, fishing off the dock, large deck with tables and chairs...... too much to list but this will be our only place to stay from now on for all of our bigger family gatherings. The pictures will never give you the overall experience this property provides. The communication from the owner was very fast and very helpful. I wish I could give more stars but it earned the most on every catagory from everyone in our party.

Nice place for large families!

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend. We were a group of 15. We had a nice time! The home is very large/spacious, which we enjoyed and is great for hanging out together in the main living space or on the back porch. The warf is relaxing - I wish there was better fishing for the men, but that's not a big deal for my family! We appreciated the board games and the game room for bonding time. We were a little disappointed that we couldn't really play shuffle board due to not having any sand, as well as having to go to the store mid-cooking for propane refills but those are small complaints. Overall, we had a nice weekend relaxing and just hanging out and moving slow. Thanks for the stay!

What an amazing place! We were a family of 18 and we had plenty of room to enjoy each other’s company and space when we needed it. The beds were super comfortable, the entire place was very clean, and the porch and deck were amazing! We fished off the deck and from the paddle boat, kayaked, listened to music, grilled, played games, etc. The kids had plenty of room in the guest house. There was a washer and dryer in the main house as well as the guest house, which made washing clothes very convenient! There was an ice machine on the deck, which also added to the many levels of convenience this place offers. We truly had an amazing time and none of us were ready to leave. Highly recommended!
