It’s new, modern, great bathroom, kitchen, comfy beds and having Netflix and Disney available while watching TV was a hit. Location is only 10 mins drive to Hyams Beach. We went for a walk to nearest basin which was Palm Beach (just over 15 mins walk) then some of the Basin Walk.
