“This property was clean and well-appointed. It was very rainy while we were there, so we only got a short glimpse of the view one morning, but it was beautiful! Lots of birds to watch and since the house is up on the hill it is a bumpy ride to get there but worth it for the privacy and view. We enjoyed being able to come back to this home after our adventures in Monteverde.”

“Beautiful house in a beautiful setting. I would have appreciated extra towels, they take so long to dry that we were drying with damp towels the second day. . A full length mirror somewhere in the house would have been nice. I was unfamiliar with the coffeemaker, I think an electric coffeemaker would have been better. The house did have a musty smell but I think that was due to the location. Really rough winding roads leading up to house, but again that’s the location. All in all I felt...

“The location was the only good thing about it. It said parking on the property, but it was in front of the house. We parked in the empty lot next door. There was trash in the bedroom and the bathroom shower walls were dirty. She sent the cleaning lady over, but she said it was stained. There was pink soap down the side of shower and the whole bottom was terrible. We were glad the bedroom had air but she said it couldn’t be lower than 24 which is 75 f to warm in already stifling hot weather....

“This is a scam! We booked for 3 nights. But there was no appartment at the adress we whent around the area to try and find it. We even found locals to help us out. But the place isn't there. No one from the appartment rentals answer calls or messages. Stay away from this place. ”

“The property itself was quite nice and the beach is great. However, we were battling cockroaches the entire time. We probably killed around 12 roaches. And we left bread on the counter for an afternoon and it was covered in tiny bugs. This is our mistake too, but the bugs were just too overwhelming. The owner is very kind and communicative. The only downside is the war on bugs during our stay.”

“Daniela was an amazing host and help us setup our tours! The house was great and was better than expected. The wood work throughout the house is even better in person. We had everything we needed for cooking also. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were soft!”
