âI stayed one night upon arrival to Moshi. I was warmly greeted late at night. Check in was super easy. They take a copy of your passport. My room - even though Iâd booked a single - was much larger and had a double & single beds. Room was clean and tidy with enough plugs for charging your gadgets. There were toiletries including toothbrushes, soap, shampoo & lotion. Breakfast was included and I even got a nice chef-made omelette. They have a nice sitting area by the pool or you can sit inside....

The staff were endlessly courteous, friendly and helpful.
The location in the middle of Moshe was great. It is a great location for walking around the town.
The roof top bar was a joy to sit at and see the sunset and mount kilimanjaro.

âHotellet har fantastiskt trevlig personal och man blir sĂ„ vĂ€l bemött! Dessutom gĂ„r vinsten av hotellet till en skola som ligger bredvid dĂ€r förĂ€ldralösa och andra utsatta barn fĂ„r gĂ„. Maten var ocksĂ„ jĂ€ttegod! Jag rekommenderar varmt det hĂ€r hotellet.â
âThere were 16 of us staying here over 4 days and we had such a great stay! The rooms were comfortable, the food excellent, the pool is nice, and the staff were fantastic! They made us feel so welcomed. Jackie went out of here way to help us with excursions and Godfrey, Betha, Judy and the other staff were so kind. I highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back again! â
âVery friendly staff. Okay breakfast (you can ask for an omelette or scrambled eggs with toast) but no good coffee included (they make a thermos of "black coffee" but it's basically water with some coffee powder in it), you can buy an espresso/cappuccino etc., though. Really good vegetarian curry for a good price at the restaurant! The standard of the rooms is what you would expect for this price. I had a private room with a bathroom for myself which I appreciated. Nice rooftop where you will...
âI loved the staff so friendly. Manager helped me with a cheaper route to the waterfall. Location wasn't the best as I need a ride to get anywhere but at least rides are cheap. Just be careful of not getting a agreed price before you go anywhere. As it will start at 2k and jump to 10k for little to no reason....the pool was very clean. And rooms were very nice. Asked for a air-conditioning...same day they INSTALLED it!!! Food was good. Really really loved the staff. Soo kind and some even knew...
