"From reading reviews I had very low expectations, both regarding food and the state of the room (in need of renovations etc) We were overwhelmed and surprised by how wonderful this hotel was. The food was self service and great tasting. Best dessert buffet I’ve ever had at an all inclusive hotel! Good variety of food and salad bar. Sure, the rooms weren’t modern nor new, but the are nicer looking then in pictures. At least ours was. It’s clean and comfortable. The restaurant and lobby is newly renovated tho and looks great. The hotel was wonderful at the price point we got! Drawback: Wi-Fi didn’t reach our room at all but is fine by pool area and restaurant. Easy check in and check out. Free bus to town , free parking and no hidden charges except tourist tax (1,5€ /night per person) Coming back if we ever find ourselves near lake Garda again"

"Reception- very well, kindly and helpful personal. Bar- very very well. Right person on the right place. Breakfast. Think about to fill with food on the plates. It should be worth to change design. Some things ( not food) are very old and it is not good feelings. Roooms- you really need to renovate a object. Very dirty walls and rofs, old carpets smell offuly. Even if you clean good it doesn't helps. Please change smell of your cleanings products. It smell strong and amoniac. Together euth old carpets smell offuly. We need to open window in few hours to get better air in our room. And give to all a really bedclothes. Only the old blanket was not fresh and slero under this and only one sheet gave me very badly feelings that I sleep at the street. Sorry, but this was ofully. And you need to have more real pictures on bokings sites. Pictures shows some other reality. "

"Fantastisk lägenhet, ( Vi bodde en familj med bebis i Lgh Leo 2) Två separata sovrum, små balkonger ut mot den lilla gatan och nära Verona Arena. Personalen var fantastisk! Så vänliga och hjälpsamma med precis allt & alltid med ett leende på läpparna!! Nära till shoppinggatan & till stora torget. Enda lilla minuset var att det inte gick att stänga av AC:n..temperaturen i lägenheten var varm. i övrigt var den fantastisk! "

"Ett av de bästa hotell jag bott på! Så rent och fräscht, in i minsta vrå. Vi bodde i en nyrenoverad del (vån 3) och våra vänner i den gamla, och alla trivdes vi lika bra. Fantastiskt härlig pool och en poolbar som erbjöd en mycket bra Club sandwich. Trevlig personal med varierande kunskap i engelska. "
