Vi erbjuder boutique-faciliteter och tjänster i en intim miljö. Från romantiska paret till familjen roliga semester till vänner grupp äventyr, är Marlin Bay den perfekta hemorten för din vistelse i Florida Keys.


    Klubbhuset

    När du kommer in i utkanten av orten möts du av vår imponerande och moderna tvåhöga klubbhus. Insidan kommer du att hälsas och incheckas av vårt Concierge Team som kan hjälpa dig med aktivitetsplanering, båtuthyrning, snorkelturer, restaurangrekommendationer etc. Vårt klubbhus har också ett toppmodernt gym med bastu och ångbad, många lounger med storbilds-TV och ett spelrum med shuffleboard, biljard, pokerspel och brädspel.


    Poolen däck

    Precis utanför klubbhuset kan du njuta av solskenet i Florida på vårt vidsträckta pooldäck medan du njuter av de olika bekvämligheterna, till exempel en stor uppvärmd strandbad, bubbelpool, bordtennisbord, majshål, loungemöbler, handdukar och parasoller. Vår poolbar är planerad att öppnas i december 2018 och vi serverar en mängd olika drycker och lätta tilltugg.


    MARINA

    Utan pooldäcket, på Florida Bay, ligger vår 99-slip marina med fullt drivna betongdockor med vattenkopplingar. Hamnen är övervakad av vår dedikerade Dockmaster och Dockhands som är här för att hjälpa till med alla dina båtbehov. Presentkorten är för närvarande tillgängliga för dagliga, veckovisa eller månatliga hyror och rabatter är tillgängliga för gäster som bor i våra hem. Observera att vi inte kan ta emot jetskidor på orten men kan säkert ge rekommendationer för närliggande alternativ.


    RESIDENCE # 3825

    Våra fristående 3-våningar med 3 sovrum är designade för att du ska njuta av nycklarna i nycklarna tillsammans med komforten i moderna bekvämligheter. De är fullt möblerade och professionellt inredda med en öppen och luftig layout.

    Residens # 3825 har utsikt över det vackert anlagda pooldäcket. Hemmet innehåller också ett stort takterrass d��r du kan koppla av och titta på solnedgången över Florida Bay.

    Bottenvåningen i hemmet innehåller ett gäst sovrum komplett med en king size-säng, eget badrum och egen uteplats. Ligger i våningsplanen på markplanen hittar du också en hiss som gör att du enkelt kan komma åt de övre nivåerna i hemmet.

    På andra våningen finns ett toppmodernt gourmetkök som smidigt strömmar in i moderna matsalar och vardagsrum. På denna nivå finns också en annan privat terrass med utsikt över pooldäcket och ett bekvämt beläget halv badrum och tvättstuga. I vardagsrummet finns sovsalar för upp till 2 personer på queen size-bäddsoffa.

    Den tredje våningen innehåller de återstående två sovrummen, alla med eget badrum med badrum. Gäst sovrummet har två enkelsängar och sovrummet har en king size-säng tillsammans med en våt bar och privat terrass.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Marlin bay is an absolute MUST if staying in marathon. The grounds are immaculately kept. The staff is super friendly. The rental homes are ALL beautifully decorated. Very spacious and clean. The home is well stocked with supplies, towels and kitchen stuff. Plenty of parking for your vehicle.They have boat trailer parking right outside the fence of the property.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pool was closed the better part of three days during our stay due to tree trimming. We booked at Marlin Bay for the pool this was a major disappointment. The female bartender at pool was extremely disagreeable and made us uncomfortable.The house was in bad shape with multiple things not working properly.1

The grounds were well cared for and beautiful.The entire staff was professional, courteous, and helpful. The resort is conveniently located close to everything we needed and a perfect spot as a home base to adventure up and down the keys.The only negative is the policy not allowing resort guests to bring their own alcohol to the pool area, however, in all fairness, this policy is explicitly clear in the contract. That said, the pool bar was well appointed, offering options for everyone and the bartenders did a nice job.We will be back, we loved our stay!

Reviewer Comments: We have been looking for quite a while for the perfect resort in the keys that was modern, clean, well maintained, outstanding customer service and a safe place to keep our boat at night....This place checked all of those boxes and then some. The layout is great, the furniture was all in great shape and seemed new. The kitchen was large and laid out nicely. Living room was also very spacious. Our place included a roof top lounge that we really enjoyed in the mornings and evenings. On the water from their Marina, you can easily access the Atlantic with multiple nearby options. We also found it very convenient and helpful that the cheapest fuel in town is right next door and they provided free ice with a fuel purchase! We are already exploring dates to go back within the next 6 months! Special thanks to Brian, Day and Kai for their exceptional customer service and extra help with our stay!

The views of the grounds, pool and ocean were amazing! The unit itself was impeccably clean, and the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and unbelievably spacious for many people to cook at once. Beds were very comfortable, linens were spotless and crisp. Even the sofa bed was comfortable. There was plenty of room for 7 of us to gather and also feel like we had our own space. There were plenty of towels, for bath, pool and to take outside to the ocean. We used the grill area which was nice alongside the water, with tables and chairs for dining and viewing gorgeous sunsets. This was by far one of the nicest places I have stayed in Florida, and we truly relaxed and felt like we were important. The staff at Marlin Bay from the concierge to the pool maintenance to the bartenders at the pool were friendly and couldn't do enough for us! I highly recommend Marlin Bay! Another great perk was we did not have to do laundry of towels or strip beds when we left. We were able to enjoy our last day there by not having to do these things. I can't say enough great things about Marlin Bay! We will definitely return!!

There’s corn-hole, a pool table, and a ping pong table in the bar/pool area that was a lot of fun, and a shuffleboard table in the clubhouse as well. The property was as good or better than advertised. Would definitely go back.

Wonderful stay at Marlin Bay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of six (four kids 13-20) enjoyed our stay at Marlin Bay this July. We booked the home and boat slip in March and were able to choose the house we preferred (by July they were fully booked). In the preceding months, the staff answered all queries in a timely manner and sent emails prior to our stay. The dock master as well contacted us to answer any questions. At first, I thought the homes are owned by individual owners, but we learned it is a resort where all properties are owned by a company.The house was beautiful, clean, and well equipped (towels, laundry detergent, paper towels, kitchen soap). During our stay we had a few issues come up in the house and they were attended to very quickly.The grounds are gated, well maintained, very clean. The pool area is quite large with outdoor games and a bar (the only downside is that food is not served). There are other games in the lobby and boater's lounge.There are many restaurants nearby (we mostly cooked at the house) and Publix is five minutes away.Also, the marina has a professional staff and the grounds there are very nice and well maintained and have gas barbeques for guests.We highly recommend this property and would stay there again--perhaps soon the bar can serve some lunch. :)

Wonderful week at Marlin Bay

Awesome and Amazing Vacation

Reviewer Comments: I almost did not want to write this review because I’d like to keep Marlin Bay “all to myself.” We had the BEST vacation at our Marlin Bay home. From everything to check in which was smooth and seamless (the concierge even texted me to let me know she left some house lights on because we were getting in so late), to our stay which was SUCH a pleasure. The house was GORGEOUS, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, generous size bedrooms/bathrooms/closets and beautiful unique decor. Also, the pool was literally in our front yard. We rented a boat and things at the marina were a pleasure. We met the nicest guests during our stay, used the grills to cook fish we caught and got so much rest and relaxation. Even at the conclusion of our stay when we left an item behind WE were contacted first on how to get the item returned and the process of having the item shipped back could not have been easier. I thought the keys were my favorite place on earth but after this vacation I want to plan to retire there. Thank you to Marlin Bay staff for an incredible stay!!!!

Pros: Full sized garage, 3 levels allowing privacy for (2) couples, beautiful bathrooms with all amenities, stocked kitchen with everything we needed, amazing walk in closets in all bedrooms, lovely outdoor deck area, small touches such as umbrellas, anti-bac, soft towels (and plenty of them), excursion towels, roomy fridge, nice washer/dryer, dish soap, laundry detergent....just everything you could possibly want! We also loved the heated pool, outdoor gaming area and the pool bar. Lovely area to walk around and explore and in walking distance to several nice restaurants (including a great breakfast spot!) Additional 'nice to haves' would be: TV's in every bedroom, full length mirror & squeegees for the showers!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome experience. The house was lovely and incredibly clean! It was perfect for a COVID friendly get away and the concierge was amazing!!!!. The clubhouse was closed due to the circumstances but we will definitely visit again. The only negative is the elevator was out of service, which would have come in handy because there are 3 levels in the house. We had a private chef cook for us so it was a bit of a pain for them. Other than that it was great!

Amazing property!

The resort and condo are amazing! The condo was very clean and fully stocked! The pool area and bar was quite fun. If you are evening people the pool and hot tub close at dusk. The garage is wonderful place to store extra belongings. There is so much to see and do in the area. The restaurants were very good. A short drive to Key West! We will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed there for 9 days and was blown away how nice everything was. Our place had 3 stories with an elevator in it. It also had a staircase going to the top of the roof where there were couches and an awesome place to relax and enjoy the scenery. The pool was heated and warm all the time. It was very large and had plenty of room in it. The marina was nice to talk walks on and enjoy the sunset. It was also great for grilling and had a fish cleaning station that we were able to clean our fresh catch with. This place e j would highly recommend to anyone. Staff was also very nice.
