“This property is exactly as described except it is more private and tranquil than you can ever imagine. Very comfortable for the 6 of us all adults. The location is ideal for boaters, the marina fee for the day was only 50. The home has spectacular views and ocean access is immediate. AC is nice and cold which is hard to find in the Keys. We boated to a nearby reef to snorkel with literally thousands of fish, the water that day was crystal clear. This will be our go to home for future stays. As...

“We had a great time in Marathon, FL at Manatee Bay. We rented a 24' boat from Coco's boat rental and spent our days in the Florida Bay and Atlantic, exploring sand bars, fishing, and snorkeling or just cruising. We docked our boat and enjoyed the wildlife we saw on a daily basis from the pier, and it was nice to come back to the pool for a relaxing evening. The house is as represented. I believe it is in the process of being updated. There are no overhead lights or ceiling fans in the bedrooms...

“This house was perfect for our family of 12!! 5 bedrooms inside with house with a 6th in an apartment style. The home is on an inlet right off the ocean. “WAHOO! is easily our favorite Marathon place we've stayed in out of 8 years. Our trip couldn't have been more perfect. The sheets are super soft and the house is great and a LOT of space so you don't feel crowded. It was easy to back in the boat trailer for the week. Lots of driveway space. Wonderful set up and wonderful hosts. Every element exceeded our expectations and we limited out on lobster for mini season, too.”

Just about everything you can think of you may need or forgot, Mariela has already thought of it and has it on hand. We brought our boat and she had already told us which marina to use, which is two blocks away- could not have been any easier other than their hours of operation. “The location was great, and we really enjoyed the upper level! (We didnt really use the lower space) Pool wash well cared for and the dock was perfect. The screened in area was helpful since the mosquitos were bad the time of year we visited. I really loved all the loan games and bicycles at the property for use. A bonus was we were walking distance to Publix and a few other small businesses. ”

“Our family and friends had a great trip. The house is located in an unbeatable location directly on the open gulf. Only slightly critical feedback would be that the kitchen could use a little bit of an update. But I would absolutely return to this beautiful property! Pool and jacuzzi were a big hit! "Jag bodde här tillsammans med min man och vår tonåring tre nätter. Hotellet är väldigt trevligt och all personal var mycket tillmötesgående. Rummet var stort och rymligt. Frukosten var bra och varierad. På hotellet finns två pooler. Vi bodde i huvudbyggnaden och använde poolen som var närmast. Trevligt poolområde med bord, stolar och solsängar. Även en liten bar. På området finns restaurangen Sparky’s landing där vi åt middag. Bra restaurang och skönt med gångavstånd. Det finns även en marina nära hotellet där man kan åka på snorklingtur mm. Hotellet ligger i ett bra område och med lagom avstånd för att kunna besöka Key West, Key largo och flera platser. Jag rekommenderar detta hotell varmt till alla som söker ett bra boende i Florida keys."
