Inside, you'll find a spacious master suite with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and an en-suite full bath for the ultimate comfort. The guest room, designed with a fun flamingo theme, features a cozy queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The second guest bedroom is a child’s dream come true, with a nautical-themed bunk bed (queen on the bottom, twin on top) that makes it the perfect space for the little ones. 

The kitchen is a cook’s dream, fully equipped with everything you’ll need for preparing meals after a day on the water. With floor-to-ceiling doors that open to the balcony, the living room and kitchen provide breathtaking views of the ocean and allow you to enjoy the fresh Atlantic breeze.

- There are two houses on premises 914 which is the property that is guest rented and 924 which periodically and rare is used by the owner and family . They would not be using the pool and they would be staying on there side

- Owners boat will be on property and cannot be disturb.

- Closets are closed for guests, only one in the hall is available for guests.

- Please follow all rules and regulations, as we would have to enforce the highest Penalty if any are broken

- Max occupancy reflects the number of guests allowed per city regulations and does not guarantee sleeping accommodations for that number—please review the bed description carefully (occupancy number included infants and children)

- Max Occupancy at any time can not be surpassed or you will be asked to leave

- Please follow all rules and regulations, as we will have to enforce the highest Penalty if any are broken.

- Property has outdoor surveillance cameras for security purposes and are not actively monitored. 

- Locations: front yard of the house looking out and the back of th house looking towards the dock.

- You will be emailed a Guest confirmation with our terms and conditions that you will need to e-sign to be able to stay at our home

- Rentals are Saturday to Saturday (7-night minimum)

- Check-in: 4:00 PM on the day of arrival (please note during high season, check-in may be delayed until 5:00 PM)

- Check-out: 10:00 AM on the day of departure

Special Reminder:

Vacation Rentals of the Florida Keys provides a complimentary starter set of items, including soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Guests are responsible for providing additional supplies for the remainder of their stay. Starter items are typically located in the bathrooms, at the kitchen sink, and in the laundry area.

This property is not pet friendly, we kindly ask for you to please follow our guidelines regarding pets if we find that you have brought a pet to our property you will be asked to leave immediate without refund.

By booking this property—whether directly with us or through a third party site—you and your party expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions. A deposit or completed booking serves as acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms. After your reservation is confirmed, the Terms and Conditions will be sent to you via an e-sign document, which is required to be completed. If the e-sign is not completed, access to the virtual guidebook and arrival details will not be provided. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. Additionally, we will request certain information that third-party sites may not collect, as we are required to have specific details on file per company policy and local city regulations.
