Restful waterfront townhome with deck, great water views & washer/dryer

  • Located on the upscale Duck Key in a quiet neighborhood known as the Village in Hawks Cay, this waterfront townhouse offers the ideal restful retreat. Take in breathtaking views of the Duck Key Marina, Toms Harbor, and the Seven Mile Bridge in the distance!

    Spend leisurely afternoons fishing from the shoreline, right outside your door. You'll also be able to easily access nearby fishing charters, watercraft rentals, diving and snorkeling trips, sunset cruises, Dolphin Connection, and excellent restaurants on this 568-acre island.

    After a day spent on the water, you can unwind in the open living area with a sofa bed and a flatscreen TV. Whip up tasty dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. There is a quaint dining area, while the covered back deck makes a wonderful space for alfresco meals with a water view. The outdoor table provides additional seating.

    The first bedroom has a flatscreen TV and a balcony with incredible water views, the second bedroom has a flatscreen TV, and the full bathroom has a tub/shower combination. A half-bath provides added convenience. Free WiFi and an in-home washer/dryer are provided as well.

    Close to this great location, you can learn about the marine ecosystem and swim with dolphins at the Dolphin Research Center, go kayaking around Curry Hammock State Park, and enjoy fine and casual seafood dining on the island.

    Things to Know
    This unit has 1 1/2 bathrooms, not two full bathrooms.
    This two-story townhome is accessed via five steps at the entryway.
    This is an individually owned villa and is not associated with Hawks Cay Resort. Your reservation is not through Hawks Cay Resort, therefore, you do not have access to some amenities offered by Hawks Cay Resort (including all resort pools). It is your responsibility as our guest to determine what if any Hawks Cay Resort amenities are available to you. A daily resort fee for access to Hawks Cay Resort amenities is not offered by Hawks Cay Resort.
    As a guest of this vacation rental, you can enjoy access to Angler & Ale, Sixty-One Prime, Dolphin Connection (with pre-purchased tickets/must purchase prior to being inside the resort), Calm Waters Spa, Duck Key Marina, and fishing charters at the Marina).
    This property is managed by Vacasa Florida, LLC.

We really enjoyed our stay. The facilities were very clean as well as comfortable. It was so nice to sit outside and have our breakfast in the morning. It was not far from different activities. We’d recommend the apt to anyone who would visit the area in the future. Also it was a nice place to come back and relax at the end of theday

Beautiful setting! This place has everything you may need. It does need some maintenance but nothing that would hinder having a great stay. The host was helpful and responsive to our questions. I would definitely stay again.

Nice time

We enjoyed our stay. Great base to make day trips to Key West and the Everglades. Close enough to Marathon Key for beaches, excursions, shopping and dining.

Four of us had a great stay. It was very centrally located, just a few minutes drive to the larger island and also not far from key west and other sights. The best part is the view, amazing from both floors! It was overall clean but there are some damages inside that need some renovation/repair. The kitchen had equipment but no basic condiments like salt/pepper/oil/etc. there was a coffee maker but no coffee provided. We have been staying at various vacation rentals for many years and this is the first time the kitchen “pantry” was empty.

Ac did not work when we arrived. They came out the next morning thankfully with windows open the night wasnt awful to sleep. Loved the balcony and porch bur mosquitos were really bad definitely need bug spray. Overall after ac issue was fixed our stay was very nice.
