The place was overall GREAT. Everybody had nothing but great things to say, Host was super responsive. Pool was excellent outdoor cooking. Space was great. Didn’t feel like anybody was on top of each other. Would definitely come back and would recommend to anybody!

Fantastic stay!

We loved staying at this property. There was plenty to do at the house and a great location for doing all the other things the Keys have to offer. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

We absolutely loved this home. It was perfect for our family vacation. Amenities were as described -great place for fishing. Pool and hot tub were great and we enjoyed the entire house and location.

The place was amazing! Big enough for large families to spread out. The outdoor space was incredible. The pool was big and the hot tub was just as perfect! Hope to visit again!

Seabreeze

SeaBreeze provided a wonderful vacation spot for our family of ten. We had visits from manatees and loved all the pelicans. The outdoor space was so inviting and well laid out. The heated pool was delightful and the hot tub was great. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Wonderful home

We were so happy with our stay at your property. It was perfect for our family of 11!! Plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen. We especially enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. We even had manatees come by for a visit.

The house was as beautiful in person as in the pictures. The kitchen had everything we needed for such a large group. There were plenty of towels for showers and plenty of pool towels.

Family vacation

This was a great family vacation! The house was great! The location was perfect for the things we wanted to do. The backyard was perfect for our kids with the pool and hot tub. The dock was perfect for fishing. The outdoor grill and kitchen area was helpful and convenient. We even seen manitees in the canal. We will definitely be back! Perfect place for the 14 of us!

SeaBreeze Stay

Our family really enjoyed the property and amenities. It was a good size for our large group. The house was cute and modern. The outdoor space was perfect for what we needed. The only small inconvenience was the internet was pretty slow if it worked at all. We did have a lot of people trying to connect at the same time so I'm sure that didn't help matters. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Canal is stagnant and very shallow.Home was not well maintained and marginally cleaned. Lots of little issues.Nothing major I guess, but we definitely wouldn't stay here again.

Excellent house

House was amazing and definitely met our expectations. Make sure to bring your own fishing gear if you're looking to fish on the canal. The Manatees may pay you a few visits as well. Also know this property only provides you a starter pack for your necessities (tp, paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap, trash bags, ect.) We would stay here again. Cheers until next time.

Beautiful House

We arrive at the house and everything was very clean the house has all you need to spend a wonderful week as we did the jacuzzi was clean and worked perfectly. The pool was nice and warm . I bring my boat along as it was a fishing trip the house has a decent concrete dock but it needs some bumpers maintenance as it doesn’t have poles . Nice ice maker if you are a hardcore fisherman. We are planning to stay again next year in this house we love it .

Pictures don't do this place justice!!

Great stay! Clean, fully stocked, spacious property... Our kids got to fish off the dock and we saw multiple manatees right off the dock. The only things to note: if you bring a boat, the road is narrow and it is a bit of a challenge to maneuver the boat and trailer on it (no wide spaces to turn around)... But that won't stop us from making it work again! And there were soooo many things in the house, you probably won't need as much as you think you need :)

Great house, needs some work

The location and size of this house are perfect for large families or families traveling together. The pool and hot tub and canal location also are ideal. We loved making use of all of for space and the perk of pulling our boat right up to the house. The house for sure could use some updating and a good deep clean. There are some repairs that are needed and also a good new set of dishes and or glassware. It all looked very used. It’s a great house that just needs some TLC!

My wife got sick a couple of weeks before our vacation and was hospitalized, we had to cancel the vacation. We were not expecting a refund due to the short notice. I had to cancel anyway, and was told my cancelation was accepted and a refund would be issued. Two weeks later I got another notification saying I would not be getting a refund. I wasn't expecting the refund at first and didn't complain. But when the host sent a message offering a refund I was happy because we could really use the money now. Later, when I was told there would not be a refund we were devastated because we were kind of counting on the generous offer by the host.

In an area where rental homes abound; this one stands out...

"As represented" would be an understatement. Our group of 12 never felt crowded and could have easily entertained two more permanent guest. The picture provided doesn't do the ocean view justice, we all felt much closer to the ocean than depicted! Spacious, comfortable, QUIET and navigable. The floor plan on this home seemed extraordinary to our gang. Kayaking and fishing are just steps out the back door and grilling the days catch is 'right at home' easy. The pool is perfectly positioned and usable day or night for hours. We lok forward to our return!

Great house

Rental was great. Only downside is if there’s a big storm coming during your stay you’ll need to make other arrangements for your boat. They will not allow any use of the boat lift at the property so we had no choice but to pull our boat and pay to store it for a few days. Luckily we found Ocean View Marina and they were excellent in helping store the boat. The street is very narrow at the rental house we could not store the boat there it would’ve been a total nightmare trying to turn around.

Amazing week at Farara Shores

We spent a wonderful week with our extended family at Farara Shores (including 5 kids under 5). The house was spotless and the set up was perfect for our needs. We spent most of the week outside on the terrace and thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We were a bit concerned about being along the canal with young kids, but the area is fully fenced, so that was not an issue amd the view is amazing. Sandy was extremely responsive to all my questions before and during our stay. We will definitely be back!
