The Beach House in Marathon

The Beach House is a stunning and spacious 2bed/2bath with private pool & steps to Sombrero Beach!Thishome offers an open concept living, kitchen and dining area. The living room is spacious with comfortable furnishings and large flat screen TV. Dining table seats up to 6 and the counter seats another 2. Off the kitchen is a storage area wtih the washer & dryer.Master bedroom features queen bed, comfortable chair with ottoman, flat screen TV and a desk.
The en suite bath has a stand alone shower. The guest bedroom features king bed with two chairs plus flat screen TV. The second bathroom features a shower tub combo.The backyard is fenced off and beautifully landscaped. Out back you will find the private pool, tiki hut & dockage. Under the tiki hut you will find ample seating such as a swing chair to cool off in during those hot summer days. There is a table and 4 chairs with umbrella by the pool as well as lounge chairs for sun tanning. There is no pool heater.There is a concrete seawall for guest use. Plus a bait freezer and a fish cleaning station to clean your catch dockside. Direct access to the Atlantic Ocean. Maximum boat length allowed is 25ft.Need more space? Check out The Blue Marlin House - it is right across the street! Great for mutliple families wanting to be close by.Both The Beach House & The Blue Marlin house are just a few short steps away from beautiful Sombrero Beach! Never have to worry about finding a parking spot again! Can't get any closer than this!Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.This property is NOT pet friendly so pets are not allowed on the property.
