Let’s start from the top, shall we? The 3rd-floor terrace offers the best viewpoint of the home, so make sure to get up there and take a few #instaworthy photos of the sea for your followers. Next is the 2nd-floor covered porch where you’ll enjoy memorable al fresco meals with your loved ones.
Last but certainly not least is the lavish ground floor with the large swimming pool, ocean access, kitchen and bar, and many games that will entertain you for hours. It has its own dock with 50 feet of space. The heated pool has its own private spa, so you can stay close to home if you wish. Outside security cameras and a separate AC unit on each floor add to the comfort and convenience of this property.
Descending to the bottom floor, you'll find the ultimate entertainment haven. The spacious game room boasts a ping pong table where epic matches unfold, accompanied by a large-screen TV for catching the big game or streaming your favorite shows and movies. No need to interrupt the fun for restroom breaks, as there's a convenient bathroom right within the game room.

We can also allow 1 jet ski trailer as 1 of the parking spots. Please let us know beforehand so we can arrange this best!
