Husets situation Àr bara perfekt. Puerto Banus Casino ligger pÄ 10 minuters gÄngavstÄnd, liksom Puerto Banus och stranden (strand och Puerto Banus 15-20 minuters promenad). Det finns en minimarknad precis runt hörnet. Golf, strand, berg, allt du förestÀller dig. Huset har luftkonditionering (utom kÀllarlÀgenhet) och vÀrme (luftvÀrme). Den har en stor pool, hÀrlig trÀdgÄrd och stÀngd parkeringsplats för tvÄ bilar. Det Àr ett fantastiskt hus, du kommer att njuta av det.

Excellent Place

We spent two weeks at the turn of September-October. The house is perfectly located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, smaller but good grocery stores. The house has 4 bedrooms with double beds and their own wardrobes. There are also large spaces both indoors and outdoors. We were mostly at the pool and most of the food was made outside on the grill. Rita is a great host who kept coming back when we had questions. The house was clean and tidy and we also received an additional cleaning after a week where bed linen and towels were also changed to new ones. I can warmly recommend this accommodation.

Great stay

We had a great stay in this very spacious and beautiful house. Enjoyed the pool and charcoal grill. Perfectly located within walking distance from the harbour. If it’s too hot a taxi costs about €5-6. Nice padel club just adjacent and some supermarkets not too far away. Rita was very professional and always responded quickly to the few questions we had.

Great house in good location

We stayed at the house for six weeks and overall we liked everything about it. HOWEVER; We were very very disturbed by the neigbours three barking dogs both day and nights.

Great stay in really nice house

We stayed at the house for one week. We were 6 persons, two adults and four youth boys. The location was perfect for us. Neighbour with the Marbella Real Club where we played padel a lot of times during our stay. We also found two minimarkets around the corner if we didnt want to go a bigger supermercado with car. We found the most relevant things in these shops. We had barbeque in the garden using the grill and the pool was very nice. The Contact with Rita was really good before the stay, no problems with anything. Very easy to communicate with. Rita welcomed us at arrival and gave us keys and information about the house and surroundings that was useful. It was a big and Beautiful house and we did not miss anything. We can really recommend it.

Bonita casa, perfecta para las familias grandes.

Perfecta para las familias grandes. Cualquier problema que tuviéramos Rita lo solucionaba lo mås råpido posible.bastante cerca d la playa, mas o menos 15 minutos andando y unos 15 mas dsd la playa y llegas a Puerto Banus. La casa en si es amplia y tiene todo lo necesario. Gracias Rita

Fantastic Villa

Family of 7 came to Marbella for sun and relaxation, which was made all the better with a spacious, clean and modern villa. Rita was exceptionally helpful and everything went smoothly. Lovely villa in great location. No hire car required. Uber/Taxi to the supermarket was approx 5 each way, and only 20 min walk into town. Fantastic stay.

Great stay

Villa is great and well equipped. The walk to Puerto Banus marina is about 20 minutes and you can walk alongside the A7 highway which Google Maps doesnt seem to show! Thats probably why a few other people have mentioned its slightly more difficult with young kids. Would stay again.

Family Wedding in Marbella

We had a fantastic time in this villa, everything was as it was in the description and pictures. The communication with Rita was excellent and check in was faultless. The villa itself is charming and exactly what we needed and well equipped and very clean. The location itself was a 5/10 minute uber ride to the main areas of Puerto Banus and Marbella Old Town, there are also x2 shops a couple of minutes from the property on foot. There were 8 of us staying at the villa for part of the duration and there was plenty room as it’s very spacious. The living areas are large too and the pool is very private and a great asset. The villa is also very secure. I would highly recommend this villa. Well done to Rita and her team

Kort verblijf

De woning is ruim en schoon en uitstekend voor een verblijf met een groep. De tuin en het zwembad zijn goed onderhouden. Vanuit de woning kan je prima wandelen naar zee. De wijk is rustig in de maand April. Rita is een uitstekende host. Vriendelijk en rap met antwoorden.

Amazing property with really helpful owners

We returned from a week holiday in this property and would highly recommend. The communication is all direct with owner vs an agent which adds something extra. In the build up to flying, Rita was super communicative sending us all the information we needed and local recommendations. She was also super helpful throughout our stay and easily on hand for anything we needed. The property itself is very secure and child friendly. Very comfy and very well equipped with everything you need. While it was too cold for us to use the pool, it's a fantastic pool with an even better outdoor space. The layout of the house is perfect for large families as the basement level is essentially a separate apartment which gives a nice separate space. We would come back.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten die Villa eine Woche und mit vier Personen auch sehr viel Platz. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt und die sehr guten Bewertungen sind nachvollziehbar. Ein Mietwagen ist m.E. notwendig. Rita war wundervoll und hat uns auch unterstĂŒtzt, als wir bei der Abreise etwas vergessen hatten. DafĂŒr auch 5 Sterne :-)

Lovely villa , good location

We enjoyed the proximity to puerto banus but would recommend a car as not easy to walk too . Villa was well equipped and good communication with Manager who looked after us well . Really enjoyed our stay

Great break in a great villa.

There were 8 adults celebrating various significant birthdays and we had a really good stay at the villa. Accommodation worked really well for us and we used the BBQ on a few evenings. The pool and garden were pretty good for sunbathing with enough sun beds and the pool a decent size.would definitely stay again as location was pretty good for access to PB with good restaurants/cafes/ bars a 15-20 min walk away.

Dear Rita, Thank you so much! The villa is just perfect. Spacious, each room is extremely comfortable- plenty of storage space. The air co is superb. Perfect Wi-Fi and TV services. Charles Family Vacation

The property is very beautiful! Lots of areas for the entire family! Central location made it very easy to move around. Our family liked the location and the host was very helpful. Her husband and her met us at check in and showed us around the house, great security and safety features! Parking sometimes is tough with a local gym around the corner. Love the place and would recommend highly staying here again!
