This bright and spacious apartment offers a comfortable and stylish setting for a relaxing stay, combining modern interiors with a lovely connection to the surrounding gardens. With two comfortable bedrooms, generous shared spaces and a charming covered terrace, it is an ideal choice for families, couples or friends travelling together.

The open-plan living and kitchen area provides a bright and welcoming space to relax, with a comfortable sofa bed and Smart TV. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven/microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and all the essential kitchenware, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay.

The apartment features two cosy bedrooms, both furnished with 160 cm double beds, built-in wardrobes, televisions and air conditioning for a comfortable night's sleep. There are also two modern full bathrooms, each with a spacious walk-in shower.

Step outside onto the charming covered terrace, furnished with a table and chairs and opening directly onto the expansive central garden of the complex. The terrace also offers partial views of the swimming pool, creating a pleasant space to enjoy the outdoors.

Please note that access to the property requires climbing three high steps and crossing a short stretch of grass.

You'll have access to the entire house! Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Access is self-service with keys. You'll enjoy free, unnumbered parking within the complex (Fuente del Rodeo 1 area). You'll also have access to the extensive shared green areas and the communal swimming pool, which is open year-round. (Please note: The tennis court is not available for guests.)

Must-see attractions

- Puerto Banús (15-minute walk): The main tourist draw. Your guests can walk to see the luxury yachts, high-end boutiques (Dior, Gucci, Louis Vuitton), sports cars, and enjoy its vibrant nightlife and culinary scene.

- The Paseo Marítimo (Promenade): Accessible via a short walk from the apartment. This spectacular pedestrian promenade runs along the coast, connecting San Pedro, Puerto Banús, and Marbella town. It's a major attraction for those who enjoy walking, running, or cycling by the sea.

-San Pedro de Alcántara Boulevard (5 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot): A modern pedestrian area famous for its undulating architectural walkway, top-notch playgrounds, green spaces, and tapas bars. It's a huge draw if your target audience is families with children.

-The Golf Valley in Nueva Andalucía (5-10 minutes by car): If you want to attract a high-spending clientele, you should mention that the development is just a stone's throw from some of the best golf courses on the Costa del Sol, such as Aloha Golf, Las Brisas, and Los Naranjos.

-Marbella Old Town (8 km / about 15 minutes by car): Although you'll need a car or public transport (there are bus stops very close to your development), it's a must-see. Your guests will love Plaza de los Naranjos, the cobbled streets, and the typical Andalusian balconies overflowing with flowers.

🏖️ Nearest and Recommended Beaches

- Playa Nueva Andalucía / El Duque (4-5 minute walk): This is the closest beach to the resort. A lively beach with golden sand and excellent amenities. Exclusive beach clubs like the famous Ocean Club are located here.

- Mistral Beach Area (about 500 meters): Located very close to the Hotel Guadalpín Banús, this stretch of beach is famous for its namesake beach bar and offers a wide variety of water sports.

- Cortijo Blanco Beach (about a 7-minute walk): Quieter than the beaches of Puerto Banús. It features a mix of sand and pebbles, making it ideal for guests looking to relax and unwind away from the noise.

- San Pedro de Alcántara Beach (1.3 km): Spacious, with a family-friendly atmosphere, and regularly awarded the Blue Flag. It's known for its grassy areas under palm trees and excellent traditional beach bars where you can enjoy espetos (grilled sardines).

It's very easy to get around the area. Although we recommend using a car to fully enjoy Marbella (taking advantage of the free parking), the area has nearby local bus stops that connect to Marbella town center and Puerto Banús, as well as easy access to taxi and ride-hailing services.

Legal Registration: Mandatory for guests aged 14 and over (Order INT/321/2021). Access will be denied if all guests do not complete online registration before arrival.
Quiet and Noise: Guests must respect the neighbors' peace and quiet from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. The apartment is equipped with a noise sensor. Exceeding 75dB or tampering with the device will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
No Smoking: Strictly prohibited both in the apartment and in all common areas of the building.
Cleaning: Upon departure, guests must leave the dishes clean and remove all trash from the building.

Visitors: Access to the property is strictly prohibited for anyone not included in the confirmed reservation.
*Pets: Pets are allowed upon request and at an additional cost per night.
