This spacious and air-conditioned four-bedroom apartment is a comfortable choice for families, friends or larger groups travelling together. With plenty of sleeping space and practical shared areas, it offers everything you need for an enjoyable and convenient stay.

The apartment features four bedrooms with a generous combination of double, single and bunk beds. The first bedroom has a large double bed, while each of the other three bedrooms includes a double bed, a single bed and a bunk bed. The living room also features a sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space for larger groups.

The cosy living room offers a comfortable area to spend time together, while the fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator and coffee maker for preparing meals and enjoying a morning coffee. The apartment also has two full bathrooms with showers and free toiletries. Towels and bed linen are provided for your convenience.

Families travelling with children can also take advantage of the communal kids' play area within the complex, giving little ones a dedicated space to play and have fun.

Located close to the centre of Marbella, the area offers easy access to the city’s historic streets, local shops, restaurants and cafés. Guests can explore the charming Old Town, with its traditional Andalusian architecture, picturesque squares and landmarks such as Plaza de los Naranjos and the Church of Nuestra Señora de la Encarnación. The nearby Alameda Park and Avenida del Mar are also perfect for a pleasant stroll, with green spaces, sculptures and a connection towards the seafront.

The seafront and Marbella Marina are within easy reach, offering a pleasant promenade, beaches, restaurants and a lively atmosphere. Guests can also explore the marina’s shops and cafés or enjoy the coastal scenery along the Paseo Marítimo. For a change of scenery, Marbella provides easy access to other destinations along the Costa del Sol, including Puerto Banús and the surrounding beaches and golf areas.

Getting around the area is extremely easy. There are local bus stops just a few steps from the apartment that will connect you to Puerto Banús and other areas of interest.

If you are travelling in your own vehicle, you will have the peace of mind of having private parking at the accommodation.

Malaga Airport is about a 40-minute drive away, with excellent connections via the A-7 highway.

Smoking is prohibited both inside the accommodations and throughout the rest of the building.

Quiet hours must be respected between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. The accommodation has a noise sensor, configured according to local regulations regarding decibel levels. Noise levels may exceed 75 dB after 10:00 PM. Tampering with or exceeding the noise limit of the device (removing it from its location) will result in the cancellation of the reservation.

No one other than those on the reservation is allowed in the accommodation or the building.

Online check-in is mandatory for all guests aged 14 and over.

The accommodation must be left in the same condition as when you arrived: clean and tidy. Dishes must be left clean, and trash must be taken outside the building. If there are wet towels, please lay them flat on a chair.

If you find any item in the accommodation broken or in poor condition, please report it immediately through this channel.

We understand that accidents can happen. In case of any incident or damage during your stay, please report it as soon as possible.

Pets are not allowed.

Failure to comply with rules 1, 2, or 3 will result in the cancellation of your reservation and the requirement to vacate the accommodation without a refund for any unused days.
