This is a beautiful and peaceful place where all neighbours respect nearby houses. It’s s not suitable for the younger groups or guest that is looking for party. Parties are not allowed nor play music or making noises at inappropriate volumes and the quiet hours to respect is from [hidden].

But for the relaxed guest fell free to reserve this little modern apartment with Scandinavian design in the best location of Nueva Andalucia, just few minutes from Puerto Banus and the beaches around!

Its a bright ground floor apartment with south orientation has great views and walking distance to nearby amenities in Aloha. Its has a bright open plan kitchen/ living room with its terrace.First bedrooms have double bed fitted wardrobes and onsuite bathroom and the second bedroom has two single beds. There second bathroom is in the hallway. The apartment has air conditioning system and Wifi as well as smart TV for streaming.

The pool is a large saltwater pool surrounded by Aloha golf and the garden. Sun beds and parasols are provided by the community. Opening hours for the pool area in this community is between 10:00-22:00 - All year aroundThe complex including covered parking which fits one car.

Restaurants and other amenities are only a few minutes away. Nearest beach or Puerto Banus is 5-6 minute drive from this apartment by car. There is a bus stop right outside on the street that goes down to to the port. In the nearby area we find Aloha Gardens, which features restaurants, beauty saloons, barbershops and a paddle/tennis club or Aloha Golf club.

Check-in after 21.00 has an additional fee of 100 euro.
