Downstairs you have main bedroom with king size bed and a shower room. The bedroom has access to a third covered terrace facing a quiet part of the complex.



The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, toaster, kettle and microwave.



PLEASE NOTE:

- AC units in the living room and in the main bedroom, in 2nd bedroom just a ceiling fan.

- guest bedroom on the main floor is small and mostly suitable for 2 kids or 1 adult to sleep. For mature couple the bedroom is probably too small in size. Bed’s size is 1.35x 1.80.

- the apartment located on the 1st floor and there 2 flies of staircases towards the apartment.

- the car is recommendable to fully enjoy the area.
