“The room was clean and spacious enough to move a stroller around. The staff at the Bar and the conceirge we extremely kind, and helpful and provided top tier reccomendations for local entertainment and food options. The pool was unfortunately still closed. Property was clean overall and easily found from the bus and subway stations, within walkable distance to the Apollo and lcoal shops.”

“The actual hotel was fine, the area that its in is not safe. Just outside of the entrance there were homeless people laying on the ground and strung out on drugs. I didnt feel safe at all having my family in this particular area of the Bronx. Would never stay here again for that reason.”

“Overall, my stay was pleasant. When I first arrived, it took quite a while for the front desk employee to acknowledge me, as she appeared to be finishing up a phone call and working on something else. However, once she did, she was kind and helpful. The main issue during my stay was the temperature throughout the hotel. My room was extremely warm, and despite setting the thermostat to a cooler temperature, it never seemed to make much of a difference. The hallways and common areas also felt...

“Second time in this hotel and we like it! Residential, not touristy area. Nice staff and lobby, good cleanliness. No restaurant but many options close by. Rooms are a not super well isolated so noise from highway is a bit of a minus.”

“Rooms was clean. The tv had only basic channels and a remote that was not operating properly. When the staff was notified an employee came to the room with the original remote for the tv and said the cable was working fine despite not having all the channels, being able to access the smart functions and the channels kept buffering and going out of service. Couldn’t watch the Knicks game on regular television because of this.”

“I guess you don't get much in a city. The first room I was in smelled of tobacco. There no face cloth provided. The elevator was very slow to arrive. I was on the 4th floor. I wound up taking the stairs. Finally the card key stopped working. The master key didn't work either. They gave me a different room. Not much better but it was on the 1st floor! It didn't smell of tobacco. I did get a wash cloth but no top sheet on the bed. It's decor was quite odd. Hard to describe. No amenities...

“I only stayed here for one night. Once I got into the room, I tried to put the deadbolt on the deadbolt does not have anything to connect to so it’s pointless. I went downstairs. He told me all the doors are like that. Then the mattress, oh my goodness, I had two flat sheets on my bed no fitted sheet. The mattress was horrible. Had cigarette burns and I think I saw a bedbug.
