“Be prepared. There is no staff whatsoever on site. I can admit it’s probably my fault for not researching well enough, but on the way to the property we received information on the codes and all we need to get in. Did not like not having a representative there to help us and the rooms were just okay. It was maintained alright and if you are okay with the style of hotel you might want to book here but just know what you are getting with this hotel! Price was good and the location was convenient...

“As I have stayed at this property several times, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. The room was ok but the bathroom toilet seat was horrible. It looked like someone had either taken a knife and tore pieces off or it was just badly in need or replacement. I always clean when I go into a room for my own calmness but there was no cleaning that would make me sit on that toilet. For such a well known hotel, they really need to do better. I would not recommend this hotel whatsoever...
