The Space:

You arrive at Sola Studios on Margaret River’s iconic main street, stepping through a shared foyer into your private, design-led studio. Studio One is the largest in the collection, with an expansive living space that opens toward a private street-front balcony overlooking the rhythm of town below.



Warm textures, soft light and thoughtful architectural detailing shape the interiors, creating a calm space to return to between long lunches, winery afternoons and evenings out. The studio features a kitchenette with a dishwasher and Nespresso-compatible coffee machine stocked with local Yahava coffee pods.



Beyond the living space, the king bedroom is wrapped in Bed Threads flax linen, designed for slow mornings and deep rest. The ensuite continues the studio’s refined material palette with raw micro-cement textures, a hand-poured basin and rainfall shower.



Whether enjoying the afternoon light through sheer curtains or stepping onto the balcony as the town settles into evening, Studio One is designed for a slower Margaret River stay.



Guest Access:

You’ll have private access to your own designer studio. Every element is yours alone, bedroom, bathroom, living. No shared zones. No interruptions.



The Neighborhood:

You are positioned at the absolute heart of Margaret River’s vibrant energy. Step out of the shared foyer directly onto the main street, where curated boutiques, artisanal bakeries, and renowned restaurants like Desendent are just seconds away. Despite the central urban hum, the studio remains your private design sanctuary, offering a sophisticated base to experience the local culture, galleries, and coffee scene right on your doorstep.



Getting Around:

Leave the car at the rear in your dedicated parking bay; the best of town is entirely walkable from this central location. You are perfectly placed for an effortless stroll to shopping and dining, or to access the epic riding and walking trails that border the townsite. When you're ready to explore further, you are just a short drive from the pristine sands of Gnarabup Beach and the region's world-class wineries and forest trails.



Other Things to Note:

You’re just a short stroll from the energy of town, cafés, boutiques, and all the good coffee. Want to explore further? You're perfectly placed to reach wineries, surf spots, and coastal trails.



Travelling with friends or extended family? Secure multiple studios to create a seamless shared experience, connected, but still completely private.
