Pepper Grove offers the best of both worlds, with the relaxed feeling of a private bush escape while keeping you just five minutes from Margaret River’s shops, cafes and restaurants. Beautifully decorated with generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, this welcoming home is ideal for families and groups looking to slow down, spend time together and enjoy everything the region has to offer.

With two separate living areas, four comfortable bedrooms and a spacious outdoor entertaining area overlooking the garden, there is plenty of room for everyone to settle in. Keep an eye on the garden during your stay, you may spot some local wildlife or even the neighbourhood kangaroo passing through.

Pepper Grove is a spacious four-bedroom, two-bathroom holiday home thoughtfully designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. At the front of the house, the first living room offers a large comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a queen bed, along with a large Smart TV for relaxed movie nights.

Continue through to the heart of the home, where the second living area features a cosy fireplace and another large Smart TV. This space flows into the open-plan kitchen and dining area, creating an inviting place for everyone to come together. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee machine. The modern dining area offers plenty of seating for long breakfasts and relaxed dinners overlooking the garden.

The master bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a Super king bed, walk-in robe and private ensuite with shower and toilet. On the other side of the hallway are three beautifully styled bedrooms, each with a queen bed, soft linen and comfortable bedding. These bedrooms share the main bathroom, complete with a shower and bath. There is also a separate laundry with a washing machine and dryer, along with an additional separate toilet.

Outside, the entertaining area is made for laid-back Margaret River living, with comfortable lounge and dining furniture, a large BBQ and an outdoor TV for entertainment while enjoying the fresh air and garden surrounds. Ducted heating throughout the home keeps things comfortable during the cooler months, while the fireplace is perfect for cosy evenings in.

Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.
