âThe property is simply fabulous. The first impression whenyou enter the property is amazing. You cross over a bridge to reach reception. Enroute there are stairs to access bird zones. Rich lush green all over, lili pods, swans, etc.
We stayed with family of teens and elderly parents. We had booked huts. The rooms were very comfortable and had all facilities you would expect.
The nature and spice garden were truly amazing.
Two suggestions for improvements

I would like to mention Vijisha, Jibin, Anagha and Madhan who attended us and made our stay very enjoyable. They ensured everything was great and took care of every little detail. We would rate 10 / 10 in all aspects. We would definitely come back and highly recommended hotel if anyone coming to Thekkady!â
âThe best part is the friendly and professional staff members. Also the property is gorgeous! We had our own bungalow and loved the privacy. Pool is big and lots of greenery on prem. Lovely stay! Also walking distance from bus depot to go into Periyar National Forest.â

The staff is professional, pleasant, effective and very courteous. The food at the venue is excellent. The facilities at the hotel are great. The view point at the hotel is mesmerising. âWorst parking possible, used to take me 20 mins to park my car. Facilities were not great while location was superb. Food options lack quantity and quality. â
