“For a fishing trip on the St. Clair river, this property is just about perfect. The location is outstanding, the house is clean with an open floor plan providing plenty of room. Parking is limited but the host is willing and able to help accommodate. If and or when we make a return trip I will try my best to stay here again.”

“I rented the little boathouse but they gave me the big house instead. It was so BIG. I used the zacuzi tub every night. The bathroom was huge. The bedroom upstairs was the length of the house and there were skylights all through the bedroom and bathroom. My son & his wife came over with firewood and we roasted hot dogs & marshmallows in the firepit outside. I sat on the dock every day with my coffee. “Pros: steps off the water for fishing and beautiful views. Very clean water Shared dock for swimming and fishing. A couple family parks for family nearby The staff was very good at getting us new supplies as needed. It was a comfortable space with air that works but it did leak. Shared firepit was very nice. Cons: its also a motel- dont expect being alone or quiet space. There are people that live there or stay there with no common courtesy and leave messes everywhere. Some other guests had no...

“We booked off season at the last minute to get away, and Ty was a welcoming host. Hot tub was excellent and very clean. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen. If you want to stream some tv, you will enjoy the reclining couches. Beautiful area.”

“My family and I had an amazing time! Very clean inside/out with a beautiful outside view of the river. My brother and I also visited the restaurant/bar next door- it was convenient, nice place, good people and great food and drinks! The host was very responsive to my needs and was quick to answer my questions. Highly recommend. Definitely planning on returning next year!”
