“The unit is owned or managed by a company not an individual. We had a lot of difficulty getting information in advance of our stay. My requests were met with generic responses as if they didn’t know or care where I was staying. The first morning after our check in we discovered we had no hot water. We proceeded with cold showers since we had an all day tour planned. We contacted them immediately but they did not reply for 3 hours. They said “just flip switch on the boiler and that should fixIt....

“We booked for 3 nights, host never added any check in details, he refused to check us in the first night because we arrived at 10pm! We were left with nowhere to stay and he told me to message him in the morning. I messaged the following morning and he told me the property isn’t available anymore!! ”
