You'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to entertaining, there are multiple outdoor dining tables and chairs, bar stools for happy hour or comfy lounge chairs if reading a book is your thing. The home offers a mobile BBQ you can move around, enabling you to shelter from the summer Marion Bay breeze.
The home is freshly painted and tastefully decorated, offering 2 spacious living areas inside with comfortable lounges, TV and boardgames for fun family evenings. The kitchen is generously equipped and has an adjoining dining area.
This 3-bedroom home has the main bedroom upstairs with ensuite and the 2nd and 3rd bedroom downstairs and full bathroom.
There is boat parking to one side of the house and undercover car parking for up to 4 cars.
You will find a fish filleting area to the back of the house, a deep freeze for your catch and a fire pit with seating for those calm nights.
You'll love the location, just a few minutes' walk to the nearby beach, ideal for swimming, snorkelling and walking. The track leading into the National Park on foot, is just a stone's throw away. The Marion Bay General Store and Tavern are a 20 minute walk, as too is the jetty and boat ramp if fishing is on your agenda.
You'll find beaches galore in the National Park, great for surfing, snorkelling and paddleboarding, picnic areas and walks, permits can be found online or make a stop at the Visitor's centre.
