“Very old house, old plumbing, cobwebs, etc. definitely needs some repairs, and just a freshen up. The creek is hard to access, no path. Backyard has lots of trash from the deck down to creek, was told it was the city’s property so the property manager wouldn’t be responsible for cleaning it. We had to buy toilet paper since there was only a half roll in each bathroom and no extra, bought coffee and filters since none provided. That sort of thing. “I’ve probably stayed at a couple of dozen short-term rental properties, and this was the best one I’ve ever stayed in as far as the View, the amenities, cleanliness, and the thoughtful touches. The main floor was great for my mom who uses a walker and she enjoyed her visit very much and found it fairly easy to get in and out of the house.The view is nothing short of spectacular, mostly due to the fantastic sunsets.
